As well as eating a healthy diet with half an hour of exercise a day i.e. just walking, cycling, gardening etc. You can reduce your chances of having anxiety attacks, a stroke of heart failure by just relaxing. Now, that can consist of Meditation, or just clearing your mind of the day’s problems by taking time off for a walk, or listen to your favourite music, or sitting quietly being mindful of how your body feels.
It is important to get a blood test each year to show your chloresterol levels, to be mindful of what you eat and drink each day and to have your blood pressure checked on both arms.
