As promoted in my “Lifestylerenewal and Healthy Living” book, I wrote about the benefits of doing some Meditation at least once a day. Like many of you, I have a busy life and too busy lately so have got out of the habit of regular Meditation for about 20 minutes each day over the past few months. As a result, I have trouble clearing my mind at night when I go to bed and constant thoughts or worries make getting to sleep very difficult. I have lately been trying to concentrate on my breathing and clearing my mind with partial success. Tomorrow I am going on a retreat for 2 days to a Buddhist monastery just over an hours drive from where I live and this should enhance my ability to quiten my mind of thoughts before going to bed and to sleep.
