Our lifestyle when we are young is what determines our health and therefore quality of living as we get older. Too many pop stars have died prematurely and when you look into their earlier lives, you find that they did not look after their body by consuming to much drugs and alcohol or from many years of smoking. Even though many pop stars and celebrities have changed to a more healthy lifestyle to increase the longevity of life, their past often catches up from those years of not looking after their body. So my message to those who are lucky enough to be young and healthy – look after your body and enjoy life. Eat healthy food, limit your intake of alcohol, live life to the full with the joy of vitality to face the many challenges of life and enjoy the sports and exercise that your body allows you to do. It is great to feel young and healthy.
