Tracey Sperrazza MS, RDN, LDN
Hi there! My name is Tracey Sperrazza, I’m a passionate nationally registered and state licensed dietitian with over 12 years of expertise in the field. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics, in hospitals, long term care facilities, and outpatient offices. I have specialized in medical nutrition therapy with focus in gastroenterology, chronic kidney disease, tube feeds, and wound healing. I have extensive experience with promoting weight loss, as well as weight gain. With a Master of Science degree in nutrition, I’m dedicated to staying knowledgeable and up-to-date in my field through continuing education courses and programs.
Originally from New York, I made the move to Florida in 2015 and now call beautiful Bonita Springs home, where I live with my loving fiancée and adorable dog. When I’m not busy helping others adjust their lifestyle for the healthier, you can find me indulging in my hobbies. I love going boating, cheering on my favorite hockey teams, engaging in friendly board game competitions, and exploring different corners of the world through travel. As a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, I’m always open to trying new and exciting flavors. In fact, I once enjoyed grasshoppers covered in chocolate!
I began Lifestyle Renewal to escape the time constraints imposed by the corporate world. I believe allowing open conversations with clients promotes great success. I’m truly passionate about what I do and believe that a healthy lifestyle is key to overall well-being. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and helping others achieve their nutrition goals.
